Privacy and Service Terms
Unified privacy and service documents across six languages. Updated processing, retention/erasure, consumer rights, Lifetime, API and PRO feature explanations; aligned checkout notices and pricing answers. Removed advertising/install prompts from legal pages, added analytics preference controls and corrected duplicate titles and revision dates.
Admin Password Control Alignment
Centered the show/hide password icon vertically on the right of the admin password field. Fixed the downward offset caused by shared button styles and enlarged the clickable area.
Transition to the New Extension
Removed the old ToolsApp Mini interface and ZIP download from the website. The old screen and update endpoints have been removed entirely, without redirects. Updated the showcase version to 2.0.1 and connected descriptions in six languages to one version source. Account pairing and PRO access for the new extension remain available.
Extension Browser Compatibility
Added a browser and device compatibility FAQ in six languages: minimum Chrome/Firefox versions, requirements for other desktop browsers, mobile and private-window limitations, and official setup guides. Kept shortcuts and updates in a separate answer.
Extension Screenshot Gallery
Replaced the large extension preview with a compact screenshot gallery. Enlarge the toolbox, design tool and settings screens, then close with the button, backdrop or Escape. Removed the repeated store card at the bottom.
New Extension Showcase and Admin Session Fixes
Updated the ToolsApp Workbench showcase: 1) New Extension: Accurate information about 286 tools, PRO pairing, six languages, themes and the keyboard shortcut. 2) Real Screens: Light and dark workspace screenshots, setup steps and current usage guidance. 3) Admin Login: A wider login card with fixes for small screens, password controls and scrolling. 4) Session Safety: Lock and logout wait for server confirmation; delayed status checks cannot restore a signed-out session. Connection errors offer a clear retry path.
Better Conversations and Troubleshooting in PRO Support
Improved PRO Support conversations: 1) Topic Tracking: Explicit topic changes no longer carry old issue details into the new subject. 2) Progressive Help: Vague reports receive one focused clarification; prior attempts and user corrections inform guidance. 3) Answer Correction: Rejected drafts get at most one correction within the shared deadline, followed by another factual review. 4) Accurate Summaries: Added checks for invented device details and unverified favorites transfer instructions. Also improved multilingual payment and API question retrieval.
More Relevant PRO Support Answers
Updated PRO Support: 1) Relevant Context: New questions take priority over previous topics while brief follow-ups keep their context. 2) Six-Language Tool Help: Localized tool names and published usage tips now inform answers. 3) Current Rules: Added PRO embed conditions and API key regeneration rules to verified references. 4) Credential Protection: Recognizable API keys and session tokens are masked before reaching the AI provider. The mobile release label now matches the extension page.
