Terms of Service

These terms govern the ToolsApp website, mobile app and browser extension. Conditions presented at registration/purchase and applicable payment-provider sales terms should be considered together. Acceptance of service terms does not constitute consent to optional data processing.

ToolsApp’s current catalog contains 286 tools. Approximately 35% rotate into the registration-free selection each day. Active PRO access provides all tools without daily rotation waits and an ad-free experience. Processing, file and batch limits vary by tool.

Payments are handled through Lemon Squeezy. Monthly/yearly plans renew at period end unless cancelled; Lifetime is a one-time payment. Check the total, currency, taxes/discounts and renewal details at checkout. Cancel renewal through the customer portal. Ordinary cancellation retains access through the paid period; refunds, payment disputes and account-security actions are assessed separately.

Immediate delivery does not automatically eliminate every withdrawal or refund right. Digital content/service exceptions apply only when applicable legal conditions are satisfied, including prior express consent, acknowledgement of lost withdrawal rights and contract confirmation where required. Mandatory remedies for defective/unprovided services, unauthorized/duplicate payments and other consumer rights remain. No unconditional refund guarantee is offered, but statutory claims are not categorically excluded.

Lifetime has no recurring monthly/yearly payment or ordinary subscription expiry. It does not guarantee every new product, an unchanged catalogue or uninterrupted technical availability. Changes or discontinuation do not automatically extinguish existing purchase or mandatory consumer rights; such circumstances are communicated and assessed under the relevant rights.

Eligible active PRO accounts receive 10,000 API requests per month. A key may be regenerated three times per quota period; initial creation does not consume a regeneration. Quota and regeneration allowances reset together at the UTC calendar-month boundary; the API screen shows the exact date. Regeneration invalidates the old key. Keep keys private; do not sell, share or publish them. Rate and abuse limits apply.

Generating embed codes requires PRO/Lifetime PRO. Visitors do not need PRO; embed access depends on the creator’s valid membership and service checks. YouTube-for-PRO is governed by the current application rules and review result; automatic checks are not approval. The current campaign grants 60 days of PRO after approval and requires the content to remain public for at least 60 days after approval. PRO tickets remain a conversation; a second ticket cannot open before closure, and only administrators close tickets. AI responses are not binding decisions of the support team.

Uploading/converting content does not transfer your existing ownership rights to ToolsApp. You must hold necessary rights/permissions for third-party content. You permit comments/promotional content you choose to publish to be displayed in the relevant feature. ToolsApp retains rights in its own brand/interface/code; third-party open-source licences remain applicable.

Illegal content, infringement, unauthorized access, denial of service, spam, quota evasion and bypassing access controls are prohibited. Security-threatening or abusive use may be proportionately restricted. Mandatory rights and uses allowed by law remain unaffected.

Tools and AI may be wrong; verify important results. Financial, health, legal, tax and investment outputs do not replace individualized professional advice. Base64 is not encryption; use security tools appropriately. Uninterrupted access, identical performance on all devices and universal offline operation are not guaranteed. Liability limitations apply only as permitted by law; mandatory warranties, consumer rights and non-excludable liability remain.

Turkish law applies subject to mandatory consumer protections applicable to you. Mandatory jurisdiction, consumer dispute bodies, courts and complaint routes remain available; references to Istanbul do not exclude those rights. Material term changes are communicated appropriately and dated here. Later wording does not automatically remove mandatory or acquired rights from existing purchases retroactively. Current feature information and campaign rules appear on their respective pages.
